Mixed reviews but I found Johana to be wonderful!!! I had a basic mani/pedi and was well done. I saw someone getting extensions from one of the gentlemen that work there and the finish product looked great! Will be back as a regular.

I see Hi here (older gentleman there) and he’s fantastic. He’s very particular and takes his time. He books fast so I always make an appointment. He does my eyebrows wonderfully as well.

Man, do I hate writing negative reviews, especially of immigrant owned businesses. HATE it. These people work hard for so many who are entitled and with expectations not in line with the reality of what they're paying for. But I have to leave this review not to hurt the salon or to help them (which I know this review won't do) but to warn potential customers. There is one good thing about this salon and it's the owner Rose. She does a great job and is, accordingly, almost always booked up. Everything else is kind of a disaster. The salon is so dirty, which they can hide to a degree by keeping the lighting pretty dim, they employ inexperienced and flighty technicians whose sloppy work you have to come back to have Rose redo, and they carry the cheapest products and polishes (no OPI) but charge the same. Despite all this, I was still willing to come back and trusted the one older male technician because, I thought, he was the owner or the owner's husband and would, plainly, do a better job. Usually when you have ownership, you do a better job. He upsold me on the UV gel manicure, did an objectively terrible job (the file down was uneven and so bulky on the sides it made the nail look crooked, something I pointed out to him during the procedure yet he didn't fix), and ruined my nails for 2 months while they had to completely grow out. I wish I had saved the photos. If you're looking for a quick pedicure, I'm sure you can do worse, and if you can get in with Rose you'll be good, but for everything else, go elsewhere.
