“Moe was amazing, and we would rate him 10 stars if we could! My husband is usually excellent with electrical, so we moved a fixture above our kitchen island and being it was a 3 pole, we couldn’t get the either switch to turn on the light. We worked for 3 days and could not figure out what the problem was. We called Moe at M. Ricci and he showed up on time, and found out the source of the problem. He worked cleanly and professionally and was very patient. He found out what the problem was immediately and addressed it. He moved all the wiring in our ceiling and capped everything off professionally. This is the second time we used him (the first time he installed electricity for the pump that runs our swimming pool and did an amazing job with that, also), and are more than satisfied with his services. I called American Eagle Electric after discovering a heat-damaged outlet caused by a space heater. Barbara answered the phone right away and was incredibly friendly and helpful. I got very lucky with timing - due to rain, they had an electrician available sooner than expected, and they were able to come out the same day.

Josh, the electrician, was outstanding: professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained exactly what had happened, inspected everything thoroughly, and replaced the damaged outlet properly, including independently splicing the wires rather than relying on the receptacle itself. The work was clean and done in under an hour.

The total cost was I felt very reasonable for the quality of service. Josh even called ahead to let me know he was on the way, which I really appreciated.

Billing was easy - they emailed me the invoice after the job was finished, and I was able to quickly pay online and download a receipt.
