I made an appointment here weeks ago because of the great reviews. I received texts confirming my appointment for 2pm. Then at 1:30, I receive another stating it’s at 2:30. I click on the text and it takes me to a page saying appointment confirmed. I show up at 2:30 and the door is locked and place is empty so I call. A woman answers, frustrated, and tells me I actually had an appointment all day. I had one at 2, and then at 2:30. I tried to explain the texts but she wasn’t having it so I said I would leave if it didn’t work. She said no she was coming down and then suddenly opened the door.
