I would highly recommend Spencer Heating and Air Conditioning. My parents Carrier furnace was acting up. It sounded like mini explosions. I called and they sent a technical rep out immediately same day. It was clear we needed a new one. The owner, Brian and his customer service team was outstanding. It wasn't an ideal yime, my dad had just passed away and I was taking care of my mom as their only child and they shared such empathy during out time of need. They came the next day to do the installation. not only did their employees rave about liking their job, Brian the owner came to see how everything was going and helped too. Now that is true customer service. Plus, I got a call afterwards to make sure everything was working well and to our liking and a follow-up in the mail. They really care about their customers and I would 100 % use them again. They did a great job and were very reasonable with their cost. I enthusiastically give them two thumbs up! Debbie 2023
