My fiancé (now husband) and I took dance lessons at Fred Astaire Dance Studios for our first dance at our wedding reception, and none of our guests who were invited had any idea, including our parents and bridal party! Everyone was so surprised and it made it worth every practice session for 7 weeks. We had Ivan as our instructor and he was an absolute pleasure to work with! My fiancé and I had never taken lessons together but we both love to dance, so it was new for us and so much fun! It was a true bonding experience and we actually got pretty good at our routine. My wife and I came to Fred Astaire Dance Studio to learn our first dance for our wedding. Neither one of us had danced before. We worked with Anna to learn the Foxtrot and Rumba and our dance came out amazing!
