After a total knee replacement and a very bad experience at another physical therapy office I ended up coming to East Coast. I am so glad I did! Susan at the front desk was so helpful and efficient in getting me scheduled ASAP so I didn't miss any PT. And Lindsey my therapist is an absolute angel - competent, caring and full of empathy while pushing me to do the most can. I have fibromyalgia, so working through chronic pain is a real challenge but Lindsey was totally up for it. She helped modify exercises so I could still make gains without the pain triggering fibro flares. I have had 3 appointments with her so far, and she has been so supportive even when I ended up in tears of discouragement. I always leave feeling far more positive than when I arrived. Everyone is incredibly competent, upbeat, and friendly. The facility is bright and clean. I have had physical therapy after surgery 4 times in the past. East Coast is far and away the absolute best PT office i have ever used.
WOW!!!! I had given up on getting any pain relief and was ready to schedule a knee replacement. Gave physical therapy a try and in two visits my knee and leg feels better than it has in years. YEAH!!! no knee replacement!!! Thank you Dr. Nicole, the quality of life I have regained is much appreciated.
