I didn’t stick around too long for the entire inspection but my initial impression was that the inspector was very willing to communicate his findings in a way the purchaser could understand and he appeared to be really thorough in the way he conducted the inspection.

As a first time homebuyer Inspection Boys is a great vendor to have! From intake over the phone Bonnie and Bridget were so kind in taking the time to explain the process, report and what to expect. They answered all our questions thoroughly and provided a confidence that we picked the right company for the job. Upon our inspection, Damon was early and already to work. He was extremely kind and thorough. He took the time to answer any of questions and concerns on site and provided great and extremely useful feedback. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspector, especially first time buyers.

The inspection was extremely thorough, professional and exactly as promised. Report was received the same day as inspection was performed. Fantastic! Would recommend without hesitation.
