Paulette was incredibly helpful! From the moment she answered our call, she went above and beyond to answer our questions! She was very patient with us when explaining the tax bill and my fiancé and I could really tell she cared about making sure we were informed correctly. We appreciate her and her customer service!

Outstanding professionals waiting to help lower your tax assessment if you are being over assessed. Debbie M and the dedicated people who work for you the client and do whatever it takes to get your assement lowered if they feel you are being over taxed. We have won three times because we were advised as a past cast client to do so. I can remember like it was yesterday when I first walked into Mark Lewis tax grievance and the owner Mark L was listening as I asked the person at the front desk if we were entitled to a lower assessment and without even filling any paperwork out Mark asked me for my address and when I told him, Mark said YES you are definitely over assessed...read full review

Have used their service a few years ago and saved $1,600! I filed with them again but unfortunately we're being taxed properly and can't grieve this year. Will definitely use their service in the future .
