My husband and I had a wonderfully professional experience working with Window World to swap out all of our windows. Working with the team from the consultation process to installation was nothing short of professional and knowledgeable. We were on a tight timeline of when we needed the windows to be installed and Tom and his team did everything possible to honor that for us. I am extremely happy with the windows replacement performed by the Window World, especially considering not so pleasant experience with other companies. Jose and Daniel impressed me with the attention to detail. Windows were installed in less than 2 hours, but it took more than 3 hours to install new trim outside 2-nd floor windows working on the ladder. Thank you Window World for such a great experience!

The windows seem good I am not allowed to open them until tomorrow. After I did open the windows we had problems but they came and fixed the problems and now everything works good. Laura
