If I could give this Please a zero star I would let me start with. I’ve been with this woman, Laura Millard for 14 years she used to be very good and now all of a sudden she charges you for services she does not complete. She makes her personal problems your problems if she’s going through a bad day, she won’t talk to you because she’s too busy for you after you already pay her for a service that she doesn’t complete completely unprofessional. I had a truly disappointing experience with my tax preparation this year. Initially, everything appeared to be going well, but the mannerisms and way my tax provider acted, quickly indicated a turn for the worse, resulting in significant financial loss and considerable stress. The service fell short of my expectations for both professionalism and quality. I rated it one star and have decided to choose a different service next year—one that can manage my case effectively without becoming overwhelmed simply by taking on more clients than it can handle, and that communicates transparently about its capabilities. Laura's services are incredible and she is a pleasure to work with. She is one of the few who take the time to explain things to you so you can feel comfortable with the process. Payroll, to bookkeeping to taxes, she is extremely reliable and a trusted member of our team.
