This review is for Kelly specifically. I've never written a review before for anything. But currently renovating my house, and I have little experience or knowledge regarding anything in that field. As far as my floors go, she has been the most helpful person. Best memory, and outstanding service. Very interested in me getting the perfect item for my needs. Far more helpful and knowledgeable than even my project foreman when it comes to her wood products. But very willing to go above and beyond what he average person in her position would do. She is the reason I bought from there instead of anywhere else.

Bought a nice floor from this place no complaints about that. Problem is for 5 months I've been trying to get more pieces and it's impossible for them to return phone calls even if they say "I'll call you right back" it never happens.
