PC Richards a store that I have utilized since childhood has changed greatly over the years. Pc Richards and Sears were the go to for all your appliance needs. The customer service was very personable and more in tune with the needs and wants of the family. Somewhere along the years, that value changed and it became all about selling the item. I recently purchased a washing machine of which I clearly told the sales representative that I prefer the agitator. Unbeknownst to me when my machine arrived on the following Saturday it was not what I requested. For 3 days I could not get an answer regarding a large replacement home air conditioner.
I went to PC Richards, walked in, Adam came over and solved the problem in less than 3 minutes.

Purchased a stove which was nothing but problems. However the technicians were always polite, neat, professionals. Ultimately P.C. Richards replaced the stove so overall they turned a problem into a acceptable solution. I'm glad I shop there, they stand behind thier products.
