I've worked with Tracey and OTT for four years now, they are absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. Tracey is my go to girl and can always be counted on to meet our needs in any time pinch. Had the best experience possible - I am the seller in the scenario and ON TIME was our final mile delivery service. The delivery was difficult. The difficulty came when a customers expectations were higher than they should have been. This happens often. With a bit of a tussle with the customer, the driver left. We had a frustrated customer and a driver who simply followed the rules he is supposed to do. I got on the phone and spoke with a lovely woman named Tracy.
