I have been a member at different Massage Envy locations across different states, and this location is by far the best! The managers and staff are so personable and kind; they truly get to know you and make you comfortable. I deal with hormonal breakouts and often don't know what to do, and their estheticians are so knowledgable that they are able to pinpoint my issues, recommend the right service, and suggest products to clear my skin. The massage therapists are amazing too; I pulled my back in the spring and the manager Alexis was able to get me booked immediately to get it worked on. Staff is really friendly. Massages are great. I started off with a gift to get a facial, i wound up signing up with a membership. They all are very helpful , and educated in what they do. Would absolutely reccomend!

I used to love this place- now I can never ever get an appointment when I need one. It was understandable during covid but now its just absurd. The locations are not connected so you have to call each location to search around for open appointments. I work 9-5 and to get an appointment even after 4pm is difficult. I have no time to call different locations, it’s extremely frustrating especially because this is one thing I treat myself to to relax and its actually more stressful.
