Purchased our third kitchen cabinets from Lakeland Kitchen and never had an issue until this past year. We purchased Medallion cabinets in 2017 and they began to buckle and the paint pealed off. I contacted Lakeland Kitchen and after numerous phone calls and emails Lakeland with Medallion sent Legacy Touch Up to repair my cabinets. I truly did not think the could be repaired but I am happy to say Legacy did an amazing job and expoxy and painting to repair the damaged cabinets.. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend Lakeland Kitchens.

Took 1hr drive to this nice showroom. Wanted to set up a followup with designer to discuss a large renovation.They kept asking us which contractor we were using. We said that we were going to design and spec our kitchen and bathroom and then chose a contractor. They took all our info and then, Nothing. We called 4 times over the next month. Everytime, someone would tak the name, ask about our contractor and promise a call back.Seems weird since it is not the contractor's money they would be taking.

The salesman assisted me immediately once I entered. He showed me around. I knew what I wanted and was hoping to meet with the designer. Due to the designer schedule, I was asked to email him. I was told if I wanted to proceed I would have to email ASAP, which I did (within hours). I emailed him the moment I got home. I waited patiently for almost a week and still never got a response on timeframe. So I reached out to him again. Sounded like he didnt even start my initial design. Meanwhile I had two initial designs from other places already, in which one I like 95%. I was hoping to see this place's design because two of my friends did their kitchen there.
