The staff are amazing i alway so professional and friendly this is only the first medical office that is more like a family. Dr.Fagan, is amazing yes
the wait can be a bit long but the staff make sure to check up on you and give you an update
This place is a joke, both doctors Fagan and Suarez have dismissed my pains and have not given me the medical care I require. Ongoing issue that they have given me no solutions for not even a recommendation.
Dr. Suarez won't even have a phone call just have a quick conversation rather make me make an appointment take off time and wait for 2 hours in the waiting room.
Dr H is really nice and thorough. But they need to change the name of the practice from “Immediate Care” to “anywhere from 1-3hrs” care. Because despite the time of your appointment, you will not be seen by the doctor for at least 1 to 3 hours.
And the receptionist will tell you “you’re next in line” like 10 times. But you aren’t. And when you tell her “I have to go” she will say “oh they’re going to call you in right now!” And they will not. You will die here in this waiting room. Not from any illness but from old age.
Why make appointments at all? Like really why tell someone come at 1030 when you know you’re not going to see them until...read full review
