I hate this place
Every single time we come it take HOURS to actually get seen then they ask you to come back JUST to get the results and it's another wait that consists of HOURS
Currently had a 9:15am appointment and guess what?
We STILL have not been seen (been waiting for 2 hours now)
And to make matters worse the staff is very uncaring and rude
DO NOT COME HERE
This place is a joke, both doctors Fagan and Suarez have dismissed my pains and have not given me the medical care I require. Ongoing issue that they have given me no solutions for not even a recommendation.
Dr. Suarez won't even have a phone call just have a quick conversation rather make me make an appointment take off time and wait for 2 hours in the waiting room.
If there is another doctor on the planet you can see besides doctor Fagan I strongly reccomend doing so. The office and doctor are disorganized, rude and unprofessional. I was in his office for 4 hours. Numerous miscommunications or no communication at all. Took days to get a simple prescription right. He is incredibly rude and not attentative at all. No standard of care and borderline medical negligence. I will NEVER go back to his office.
