I am the Treasurer of a 90-unit residential Co-op in NYC and headed a project to replace our antiquated security camera system. Our goal was to increase the coverage to include all areas of access, get clear video images, have the images easily accessible for a year and not have to worry about maintenance or technology upgrades. Recently I had an issue with connecting my app to my camera system and Dylan was patient, clear & thorough to help me get my system up and running again. He was of course successful and I appreciate him greatly.
