Had my lock jammed a week ago, and felt dumb because I couldn't do anything about it, so I approached the staff and they were very friendly about helping me and despite it being quite the process they were very supportive funny. Thanks specifically to Emily.
This gym used to be great. But now machines break and are not fixed in a timely manner. Right now there is no hot water for showers and there has not been any for a month! Wipes for the machines are often not available! To top it off, the price went up $5 per month. So where is the money going!? My friends and I are getting very close to switching to a different gym.
This might be my favorite Blink to workout at. The staff is always very friendly and greet you like you're a member of the family. The cleanliness is top-notch and the staff frequently walk around the put the weights back in place. I rarely have to wait for a squat rack when I'm here. Shout-out to Diandre and Angelica who have both been great.
