The pool maintenance team is incredibly responsive. The office staff, the pool service and repair staff are all first rate, polite, professional and care about the customer.
Best pool company - they completely transformed my 20 year old leaking, cracking and scratchy pool (we had to wear pool shoes before) into a perfectly functioning, safe and beautiful environment. Joe V. was great to work with, he had great suggestions, was completely transparent, and was so responsive. We are thrilled. This was the fourth company that we tried - all island group was the nicest, most professional and thorough - they actually tested all the machinery and piping and fixed everything at a reasonable cost. We are so happy!
