We had a problem just before having a big party at My Home❤️??? and we called 1-Tom-Plumber and the plumber was a man named Dave. He was so nice and so comforting and explaining everything what was wrong with the toilet and what would happen with this and that he was very knowledgeable n just explaining everything and he had such a nice way of talking to you.. he was polite With manners and he was great. We loved him. My husband and I are referring him to other people if they need him, but if we have another problem with our toilets,.. he will be the only one to call.. he’s our guy..thank you so much Dave for coming at the last minute because we really needed you... read full review

After being ghosted by two plumbers we reached out to Phil and received same day service, reasonable pricing, and timeless memories. They even gave my toddler a poop emoji toy and pink plunger-5 stars

I did not go with 1-TOM as I found a slightly cheaper alternative. That being said the customer service was exceptional and the second they heard I had young children and a mid winter heat emergency they jumped to help. I can tell then put their best foot forward with their customers and would definitely use them in the future for other work.
