I did not go with 1-TOM as I found a slightly cheaper alternative. That being said the customer service was exceptional and the second they heard I had young children and a mid winter heat emergency they jumped to help. I can tell then put their best foot forward with their customers and would definitely use them in the future for other work.
Once again 1-Tom Plumber came to the rescue. Alex did an excellent job. He was quick and efficient. I was also impressed by how he cleaned up the work areas and mindful of taking care of my property. Over the years I have needed the expert technicians from 1-Tom Plumber and each one has been personable, respectful and a professional.
Will went above and beyond trying to help us. He got to us quickly and did everything in his power to help us try to resolve our issue. We will definitely be calling them again to fix the remaining issues that he couldn't do due to the pipes being completely frozen.
