He knows his product SO WELL that every time I encountered a problem, he could rattle off a solution (ie. Use a hairdryer set on high to soften a hardened, rubber elbow, then wiggle it back & forth) I can't believe "we" fixed my stove! John said it should last me another 27 years! What a special individual! ?“
