I called them for a plugged sewer line at my rental property. They responded promptly and got the line cleared before it became a bigger problem. They also provided my tenants with education and advice on preventing future problems. All at a reasonable cost. (Education was included at no extra charge. ?)

My tub refused to drain. I did all the things you are told to do online. Baking soda & vinegar, hot water, the plunger. Nothing worked. Many years ago I called Roto rooter for my disposal & they were efficient & did a great job. So I called them for the tub & should have called sooner. A plumber showed up promptly & took the back plate off my tub. Something I could not do. He then used a machine to thread a wire down though the backplate. In minutes water was draining quickly. Whatever was clogging the drain was evidently pushed into a larger drain as we didn't find anything at the end of the wire. My tub now drains in a few minutes from my shower. Professional above and beyond!! Mark and Corey showed up to our house within an hour to work on a VERY complex sewer clog. This company is 1,000 percent top-notch and I would recommend them to anybody. Prices are extremely fair!
