I had a pcp Amy Lord at Newark Valley originally, since I was 6 yrs old. I was involved in a motorcycle accident on 8/11/2022 which involved me having damage to my spine aka a spinal cord injury (SCI) as a result, rendering me paralyzed from my upper chest and below. Unfortunately, my old PCP Amy abandoned me as a result. It was... surprising, hurtful, and truly disappointing. Not only is my PCP here wonderful, the walk in providers are as well. I have had to be seen by the walk in 2x over the past 10 days and I have to say that both providers I saw were phenomenal. Bedside manor 10/10, and 100% knowledgeable and sympathetic to my illness, which I have been struggling with for years now. The care that I've gotten here surpasses any care I've ever gotten at other local walk ins/pcp offices. The staff truly are wonderful and I cant thank this office enough for being here.

I want to share what a positive experience in meeting with Dr Desantis and Sara PA! Dr Desantis was not only down to earth but maintained such a professional atmosphere, she spent quality time in asking questions and listening. I found a good doctor! The office is so pleasant and everyone is so friendly and helpful.. Clean offices and professional staff is everything! Thank you Dr Desantis!
