I would not recommend this company to anyone, and here’s why. The owner said she could get our taxes done before April 15th. It was long passed April 15th, and we didn’t hear anything from her, so we called the office, her secretary said they would get it done the next Monday. Monday passed, nothing. We called again, and they said they would get to it during the weekend. Again, we heard nothing from them…. We called again, the owner said she had filed an extension for us. DO NOT GO HERE! It has been 2 months and taxes are past due, i have called 4 times. My calls have not been returned, my taxes have not been done! Never ever go here! Very unprofessional to say the least.

We came here at the recommendation of a friend. Once we delivered all necessary paperwork we never heard from them. My husband called on tax day (today) to see what was going on, as we hadn't heard anything nor signed off on paperwork. He was told they were filing for an extension...ON THE DAY these are due! This puts a delay on my return and the lack of communication is beyond unprofessional. They have had this for over a month. We have had our taxes done with the United Way and Family Enrichment in the past and we were done in less than 2 hours. We will never come back here again. Also, the organization and cleanliness of the office was disgusting.
