I'm not sure if they just having people or what the difference was, I went there this morning because my headgear broke last night while I was sleeping. I'm in from North Carolina I cannot sleep without a CPAP. The two guys there went above and beyond to make calls to try to find me something today, then one of the guys went to the back and searched through what they had and found me what I needed. I can be happier more appreciative of the people in the endwell store for their help.
BTW, I only added the past about employee changes based on previous reviews. This was my first time there and I can see anyone saying the people that helped me were not helpful to others.
The local office (where my script originally went) hired new staff who finally sent it to the company. The company continually updated me on the status and sent it as soon as it was available. The wait time was a while since my appointment and script were sent , but that was due to supply chain issues stemming from the pandemic.
