I have taken my vehicle to Ames twice. Both times were positive experiences. The staff is friendly and willing to take the time necessary with their customers. Robert will answer and explain anything that you have questions about. Repairs needed and recommendations are based on what would be necessary and appropriate. You are not given a sales pitch like so many other service centers. Robert respects and values his customers and treats them accordingly. Ethics and honesty go a long way. Honestly, this place is awesome! Being a female, I've had my fair share of shops trying to mislead me. Ames Auto has always been very honest and trustworthy. That means a lot! I absoloutely recommend coming here, and I tell all of my friends and family the same. Also, their waiting room is REALLY nice! Not your average shop!
Rob's team did an evaluation on a used vehicle we are considering purchasing. They got it in and were quick, thorough with a report of what it needed and at a very reasonable price.
