I needed plumbing/drainage work done on a Sunday, called a few places with no luck. Reached out to Drain Brain and a technician named Steve came to my house. After using 2 different snakes 🐍 to unplug with no luck I knew it was time for new sewer pipes. Steve busted his chops and was very upset that he couldn't fix my problem. Steve's was professional from the time he showed up until he left. He made sure his work area had plastic covering all work area and he made sure the work area was spotless when he left. Since then he has been back twice to see how the new sewer lines are working. I would highly recommend the Drain Brain in the future.
