Their staff was informative, patient and transparent about cost and process. Would call them in a heartbeat for any drain clearing issues. Our problematic sink brought them here twice and they were more than fair on the pricing for the troubleshooting and time they spent here. They also gave a good recommendation for how to fix our problem long term so they didn't have to come back every year for the same issue.
Deven attempted to clear our garage floor drain backup but was unsuccessful, and not due to a lack of trying. He took care to clean the area and did not charge for the attempt. He was pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. Give this guy a raise. We appreciated how the situation was handled and will call Drain Brain to address issues in the future.
I called for service on my bathroom sink, they were able to come the same day, gave us a three hour window for their arrival and showed up on time at the start of the three hour window. The employee was extremely friendly and did a wonderful job clearing the clog in our pipes. He even took the time to wipe out the sink after he was finished which was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend this company!! Thanks so much to y'all. (Believe the employee's name was Steve, Thank you Steve!).
