My sump pump had given out during heavy rainfall and was improperly tied into the sewer line. I called and within 30 minutes, Jon had come to the house and began replacing my pump during the late evening, and directed the flow outside. He then returned the next day and tied the drainage line into my existing downspout drainage that runs underground to the street. Very professional. Would 100% strongly recommend.

Surprised to see any negative reviews here honestly. They are responsive, honest, and considerate of needs. They solved multiple points of failure in my basement and for the first time in nine years made it possible for us to finish our basement. The sump system they installed solved 75% of our issues, came back a second time to deal with an exterior foundation issue, and came back a third time AT NO CHARGE to take an extra step to solve a leak where our water pump enters through the foundation in a different area. Most importantly they ended up saving me over $20 grand against a previous contractors solution, and spared me the severe disappointment of using some latex... read full review

It is a pleasure to be able to write a review for Tom and his Team. Trouble shooting our wet basement and giving us a resolution that was less complicated and less expensive than originally thought was such a rare treat. Couldn't be happier!
