I've never written a negative review but I would not recommend Quality seamless gutter. I agree 100% with Evan's review. We actually had the gutters installed paid bill in full over $9,600 - we were happy with how they looked, however, after the first rainfall which happened a few weeks after installation our gutters were over flowing like a water fall (gutters and downspouts were clear) ruining my gardens and occassionally running into basement. This happens with every rainfall. We called the office to ask that they re evaluate if we needed additional downspouts to handle the amount of water that comes off our roof. They sent someone out to look said they would get back to us, did not, we called multiple times again, had another guy come and look. back and forth for 2 years!!!!!! with at least 2 dozen calls to the office speaking with Don and 3 home visits to "look" at the problem. We explained we are paying customers and are willing to pay to have additional work done to have functional gutters. We realize there is a shortage of workers but they should take care of existing, paying customers before taking on new work. 2+years is beyond ridiculous and still no resolution. i do not know who the owner is but this is no way to treat paying customers. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Endicott Chamber of Commerce to express my concern.
