I have been a patron of Pilates on the Avenue for about 20 months. Over that time I have seen a noticeable increase in strength and flexibility. Each member of the staff are excellent and very knowledgeable of Pilates and how to adapt exercises if required by the skill or lack of skill of the student.

I've been taking private Pilates from this establishment since 2007 and have never found a more professional or upbeat and fun place to keep my body in shape. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Washington Avenue Pilates for five years and it has made a huge difference in my posture, core strength and overall well being. Hilary is a fantastic instructor with humor and patience (which she often needs). They train you on proper form and really make sure you do the moves right so as not to hurt yourself, something I find often lacking in other places. I often come into WAP stressed out and in a bad mood, but within a few minutes, that all melts away and I'm really concentrating on the moves.
