Well we've had our glasses for a month or so and I have to say they are by far the BEST glasses either of us has had in years! I can see so much better and my husband always has issues but he wears his all the time, outside, inside, watching tv, looking at his phone, etc. We can actually see, no issues, and both pair still fit us comfortably too! Happy customers. W&G
This was mine & my husband's first time here. We looked for a new provider and Eye Contact by Kathy has been there for a very long time and it seemed the staff had as well and they accept our ins so decided to give it a try. Glad we chose to come here. Everyone seemed welcoming and friendly, Malisa the receptionist, Molly who did our exams, and Tricia who helped us choose new glasses. We didn't meet Kathy until today although I spoke with her on the phone a couple of times. She is the owner and is just as nice as everyone else. My husband was happy that Molly actually did the eye exam before she shined the bright lights in his eyes and did all the other stuff unlike all of the other offices we've been to and it must have worked because he can see out of his new glasses better than any pair in recent years beginning when he first put them on! Kathy adjusted them a little and they're great. His took a little longer than expected but that was a lab thing and seems to be becoming an epidemic no matter what you're needing to get done so there wasn't much to be done and it was through no fault of anyone there. My new glasses are nice and clear and I'm very happy with the fit. There was a cute little dog walking all around the office today providing entertainment too! (Although my much larger furry kid wouldn't be very happy to hear that!) I've seen reviews regarding higher pricing but the prices for ours were no higher that what we've been paying and if you get bells and whistles you expect to pay. There is a nice selection of frames to choose from and Tricia is knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to picking the right ones as well as the best lenses. I know it's only been one time but so far we're happy and like our glasses, as well as being treated well from start to finish.”
