I've had two GREAT experiences with Phoenix teams in the past week. Firstly, John assessed our hot water heater failure quickly and then helped us determine some issues with poorly installed duct work done by a former service company. He was efficient, professional and great to work with. Secondly, Matt and his team who installed our new hot water heater were great as well! They worked around a challenging install and were in and out in less than half a day. THANK YOU!! Highly recommend Phoenix!!

Ever since we bought our home two years ago, our split-level house was costing us a fortune in utility bill while still being wildly uncomfortable. The house, built in the 1960s, was serviced by an ancient gas furnace on the main floor and a failing heat pump in the attic. The furnace was located in an unfinished basement directly beneath our master bedroom. It regularly woke us up at night due to the noise and the heat that radiated up through the floorboards. With everything on one thermostat zone, we had to turn our bedroom into a sauna just to ensure our kid's bedroom (located right above the garage) stayed warm.
