I called for service and as it turns out they do not service my brand of hot tub or my location. However, Louie was so helpful in helping me find someone local. If you need service or products, I highly recommend Aqua Leisure. They help even when the can't!

Aqua Leisure handled my pool for a number of years. Ever since a key worker got injured and was relegated to the office, the services provided were only adequate. The service people are rough around the edges and bad mouthed my neighbors who were also their customers. When my pool heater needed to be replaced, the required model was advertised all over, yet Aqua Leisure told me they couldn't get it from their supplier. After I purchased the heater online, they refused to install it. This forced me to hire someone I had no relationship with and who charged an inflated price. One can only guess why Aqua Leisure couldn't get a common heater. There are fifty or more pool companies in the metro area. You can do better than Aqua Leisure.

Our pool was just finished. The process to C.O. is still ongoing, and we have faced a few challenges as one might expect of most things that get done right in the end. There were some excellent standout contractors/subcontractors, and the project manager and pool designer for Anthony Sylvan were wonderful to work with. But there was at least one character who makes us wary of welcoming new pool persons into our home and lives.Thankfully and wonderfully, my wife and I were happy to receive a tutorial by Diego from Aqua Leisure in Elmsford.
