She was gentle and thorough and the tattoo was exactly what I requested (taken from a card given to me by my favorite actor/musician). She explained each step and provided detailed aftercare instructions for someone with an autoimmune system. The place was empty when l got there but I could see how it could get pretty busy. “I made an appointment over the phone that day for my aunt and I to get our noses pierced and Shane was very accommodating with the time. The studio was very clean and Shane thoroughly explained the steps before even sitting in the chair and then again as she did it while sterilizing the equipment. I was a bit nervous and Shane was very reassuring. I can be a baby with pain and so Shane first pinched the area to numb it and it really wasn't bad at all. Stung for about 20 seconds! That afternoon I kept forgetting it was even there since no pain. I have some health issues so Shane was very good and patient about me standing up slowly from the chair and lying me down while doing the piercing so I wouldn't be dizzy. I was honestly more nervous about the possible dizziness than the piercing itself! 100% recommend!! Very reasonable pricing too but that was just a bonus. LOVE my stud!!! :)“
