Ive been wanting to put a split AC unit in our first floor and basement and they helped me decide whats best based on my budget. It worked out really well and even though it's ductless, the recommended BTU was able to cover the whole floor which is really a lifesaver during the summer.

I recently purchased a Panasonic Mini Split system and had the most difficult time finding someone who would install it. Luckily, I was put in contact with Chris. From our first conversation, he was friendly, thorough, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything to me, laid out potential costs (along with ways to save money), and answered all of my questions.
He was always very responsive and set up the job very quickly. Chris and his technicians arrived on time, worked quickly, did a brilliant job on the installation, and cleaned up when they were done.
