Michael is always so accommodating. When I come in, I'll always choose what I want but also I will ask his opinion or other options. Sometimes I go with his suggestion because I didn't even notice the option but most times mine wins lol I've only had positive experiences. Most of the workers are good but Michael and Tom are my favorites. Always neat.

I feel like a new person. I am extremely happy with my nails from this place. I wanted to get my nails done after work after being tried of the nails I got at another place 2 weeks ago that were terrible. I called and they said they were open late. After asking what I wanted they told me to come. I showed up and waited about 10 minutes. Once in the chair my technician was very nice and and helped me figure out what I should get. She took her time and made sure my nails looked good. After looking at some other reviews it seems like they may have rushed before and weren't focused on the customer but I think a lot of times it's hit or miss with nail places. I will definitely go back and see if it is the same. Who knows maybe it was just good timing. Reasons I wouldnt give it 5 stars is it can be a little pricey and my technician cut my cuticle a little too much. Seems to be a trend and most nail salons. Not sure what that is about.

Nails were okay. didn’t like how thick the gel came out ESPECIALLY after i stated multiple times that i didn’t want gel polish bc i didn’t want to spend the extra money. I was on a super tight budget and she pretty much ended up forcing me into getting it without telling me.Secondly after i put my tip down she watched me like a hawk and then asked if that’s all i was going to put down. i said yes. And stated the tip was only going to her not the person that did my 3 year old daughters nails.
