Sapna, the owner, is kind and careful. She patiently explains everything you need to know, and is very responsive to questions, concerns, and complaints (if any).

I’ve been seeing Sapna regularly for several months, and I am happy with her services and how she runs her business.
I’ve seen results within weeks, and it’s made my life much better. You can also go back and forth between her two locations in Queens and Long Island, if that’s convenient for you. She oversees both locations personally to ensure quality. I highly recommend either. They’re both clean and cozy.

Ok let's start with saying this is the best laser place..Girl I troop it n travel from the Bronx to Queens for it but it's well the ride.... this is the one to pick.... Sapna is amazing, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. I got 16 treatments (laser hair removal) by her. Ten years later I’m still good. Thank you Sapna. Thank you for the laughs. Xo
