Very disappointed with the service On hold for nearly half hoir to get someone on the phone. Thereabouts for call waz because they wasted 2 weeks in getting the approval from insurance company which vlkld have easily been fond on ghd phone and approval receive within 4i hrs.
I am very satisfied with my experience in this Dental office. The team is very professional in special mention: Dr Arkady Khaitov and Faruk his assistant. Also, the manager Rosa knew her work very well.
I have a root canal from 10 years ago that went bad and it sent me to the hospital the doctor told me if i didn't come in i could have died from sepsis. I have visited this dentist office for many years and the good doctor saved me from a bad root canal from another dentist office i was seeing. very grateful for the help and knowledge to improve my health.
