Dr. Helena and her entire team are truly amazing. From the exceptional care to the warm hospitality, every visit has been such a positive experience for my family and me. I've been seeing Dr. Manny (and sometimes his Dr. Daughter) :) for years. They are always a pleasure to see and they really take their time to figure out my health needs and treat me accordingly. Highly recommend them for your health and chiropractic needs.
I came to see Dr Helena because she is webster certified. I really wanted a VBAC and asked Dr Helena to please align my pelvis to maximize my chance for a vaginal delivery. I started seeing her weekly in my second trimester. The visit is super quick about 5 minutes. I ended up with a super easy successful VBAC!! Highly recommend if you are pregnant.
