Most of the time… my scalp is hurting…and once they put a material on my hair and scale, my eyes were too stimulated and can’t stop tearing… not sure if the quality isn’t good?There are too many customers and they are rushing for everything. However, maybe the price reflect their service.

I haven’t done anything to my hair (besides the yearly trim) in about two years now and wanted to refresh my balayage.I had my first balayage done at Xcellent from my virgin black hair. Although the outcome was ok, I didn’t like how they teased my hair and then aggressive brush out the knots while my hair was wet. Not to mention $$$$$A friend recommended this spot, and I figured I give it a try. Sam worked with me to decide which color would be best for me and I was very happy with the results. I was always debating whether I want my safe brown caramel color or go lighter. Sam went with the lighter color and it turned out great.One star off for getting everything...read full review

Decent, but not amazing. For medium length haircut and wash was $35. I tipped the washer and stylist $15. My hair was cut by Sam. I recommend going for a straight cut without layers. I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair done, but it didn't turn out that way, so I was disappointed. There were too many layers on the outer part of my hair that it made me look fobby. If that's your look, all good, but it wasn't for me.
