I’ve been to this animal hospital 1 or 2 times in the past and remember having a good experience. After reading the recent reviews I was skeptical but took a chance. I went on a Saturday about 4 pm or so. It was empty so as soon as I walked in w my dog, we were taken care of. Filled out some papers and were immediately called into the room. Everyone’s was super nice and professional. my dog was examined, they took down all the details the needed. The doctor came in and collected more information, explained everything including what the costs would be if I chose to move forward. They did bloodwork. Ive been here about 2-3 times and I cant really say anything negative except maybe the wait time and availability of an actual doctor. They put my 16yr old mini-pinscher to sleep in 2021 and the doctor was kind throughout the whole process. I think the problem is that they call themselves something they're not (24/7 ER) and then the community is left obviously disappointed. I call ahead of time regardless of the situation and confirm there's actually a doctor on site. Reasonable pricing too.
I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating but I find that you can't go by that. My opinion is that Dr. Suciu is a wonderful veterinarian, he is compassionate, very knowledgeable about his work and very caring about the animals, he always make me feel better and I'm a mess about my animals...Ms. Angela is also a very compassionate and caring person for the animals she has helped me to make the best decisions and ones that I have been comfortable with, I have been going to this place for a few years now and Ms. Angela and the doctor have always been the same loving caring people to the animals and me, I will always suggest this place, the prices... read full review
