“Alex Pinelli at Soul Spa in Elma, NY was very professional and gave an excellent massage. I was impressed at the time he spent with me before my first massage to understand my needs/expectations. The ambiance was conducive to relaxing, with adjustable lighting, soft background music and lovely scented oils (if you desire them.) It may sound corny, but I felt like the massage was almost a spiritual experience. He applied firm pressure where I needed it without hurting me. I highly recommend Alex.”
