I strongly disagree with the business practice of not stocking spare parts for the product lines they install & recommend. This requires 2 service calls: 1st to diagnose the problem (then order parts), 2nd to return & replace parts once they arrive. Reported issue 6:00am Tue, 1st visit 3:15pm Wed, 2nd visit 10:00am Fri, boiler fixed 10:45 Fri. If you can live without hot water for 3.5 days in December then T-Mark is for you! Details: Navien Combi-Boiler is 2 years old, only charged labor (<$100) for warranty replacement of failed valve.“
