Howard picked up my phone call immediately when an emergency situation happened (trees fell on my garage roof and propane tank) and gave me detailed instructions on what to do next and lots of useful information on using my insurance. He was super kind and understanding when I told him that my insurance company is sending their own company. Will use them for all my future tree needs!
