Stopped in the Auburn location a couple weeks ago to look at headstones, options and overall process because I had no idea about anything to do with headstones. Megan was absolutely amazing, so helpful, kind and patient. Answered my million questions, explained in great detail the difference between the stones, colors, designs and process. Went back today after I had a general idea of what I wanted. Megan was amazing designing the headstone with what I wanted, helped me search for the designs I wanted (I knew what designs I wanted but didn't have specific designs picked out), she was so patient and kind! When I started crying because nobody wants to be in this situation not only did she hand me tissues, she was patient, kind and genuinely sincere! It takes a special person to work in the funeral field and to say Megan is beyond amazing at her job is an understatement! I highly recommend them she made the entire process easy.
