I was about to write my review- took a look of some of the previous reviews and decided not to bother! He already has numerious 5 stars- what? -should I just jump in and add more?
Nope- just give him a call- you'll be very happy.
Steve was absolutely fantastic! He patiently explained everything that we were looking at throughout the house and answered all of our questions, and even gave us suggestions for the future. The inspection report was thorough and timely and provided us with complete confidence in the home that we are buying.
Absolutely phenomenal! Steve hung in there with us through two home inspections, saving us the first time from an electrical nightmare. We can not thank him enough for the education and care he gave us. After our first inspection with him we were well prepared moving forward, and we're often complimented by listing agents at open houses that we knew what to look for. We have complete peace of mind moving into our new home after Steve's inspection and will be keeping his number handy for anyone embarking on the home hunting journey. We felt treated like family, which was especially important when we don't come from mechanically inclined backgrounds.
