Andrea Milano is hands-down the BEST accountant/Tax/Financial consultant to have on your side! I can not say enough wonderful things about her. She is professional, courteous, and an all around great person. Andrea walked me through step by step on what i needed to have done. She stayed very thorough and was more than helpful with setting up my C Corp! I would highly recommend if you need a business set up or taxes done to go through her

She is a well trained competent professional with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to 1031 Exchanges on investment properties and the 121 exemption on primary residences. I used her for years and highly recommend her services.
