Bad customer service, especially since the Lux turnover. They do not do what they say. Everyone is rude when you call. I've worked with MANY different optical labs, and this is the worst one.

As an optician of 35+ years, having worked for the big box stores as well as a large ophthalmology practice, I had to work with the labs that THEY chose.I have my own optical shop (16+ years) and choose my own laboratories. As an optician with extensive lab experience, I am very particular about how I want my patients' lenses to be made. Since their inception in 2008, I have given my business to US Optical as I know that I will get the best products and services available in the optical industry. Excellent lab. Hands down the best we have ever dealt with. We are a private eye care office and utilize their services for our specialty jobs as well as bifocal, progressives and uncut lenses. They can do it all!! They have great customer service and an unbelievable and amazing turnaround time. Very fast but also very accurate and precise. Always professional and easy to work with. I can't recommend this lab enough.
